About MKCA
Funding Sources
Founded in 1994, Minnesota Kinship Caregivers Association is now funded by a federal Family Connections grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Administration on Children, Youth and Families, Children's Bureau. This funding was made available through the Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act of 2008.
The McKnight Foundation has also provided significant funding for MKCA's work with children and families. We are grateful for their support and partnership.
