| COURT FEE STIPEND for Caregivers

MKCA* is offering $200 Caregiver Court Fee Stipends to qualified applicants. To qualify: 1. Applicant must be residing in Minnesota.2. The parent of the child being cared for does not live in the home of the Caregiver.. 3. The stipend will only apply toward court expenses related to a child placement proceeding in which the Caregiver is a party, such as custody or adoption. 4. The Caregiver (or a Caregiver in the home) must be 55 years or older. 5. The Caregiver must apply for the Stipend through one of the Relatives as Parents (RAP) Programs throughout the state.
